- Once appointments are set, no refunds are allowed, regardless of circumstances regarding the testing parties. We encourage clients to carefully consider their scheduling needs and ensure their readiness for testing before finalizing appointments.
- All test processing and results turnaround times, including those advertised for rushed processing, are estimates and not guaranteed.
- No refunds or discounts are permitted for delayed test results, whether caused by weather, shipping delays, insufficient specimen samples, or any other reason.
- Participating test parties and/or third-party payors are jointly and severally liable for the full payment of test fees, irrespective of the original payment method or payor.
- Regardless of the testing status or results, all accounts and payment arrangements must be settled within 30 days of the original appointment.
- Following the initial appointment, if a test participant decides to withdraw, refuses, or is otherwise unable to proceed with testing for any reason, all testing fees remain nonrefundable, and any outstanding amounts are due in full.
- In the event of a miscarriage, misdiagnosed pregnancy, or any other pregnancy complication, all testing fees remain nonrefundable, and any outstanding amounts are still due in full.
- Murry Mobile Lab Services and its affiliates emphasize that they are not responsible for confirming pregnancy or assessing the health of a fetus. Clients are reminded that it is their responsibility to ascertain their pregnancy status, gestational stage, and suitability for testing services prior to scheduling an appointment.
- Given the intricate nature of DNA testing, additional DNA samples may be required from participants to ensure the accuracy and completion of the test. In the event that a participant declines or is unable to provide the necessary additional DNA when requested, all sales become final, testing fees remain nonrefundable, and any outstanding amounts are payable in full.
